Update: Noah will not play on Friday night against the Timberwolves because of ongoing issues with plantar fasciitis in his left foot, and the Bulls are still considering sitting him for a long period of time, ESPN.com reports.

Recommendation: “We’ll see about Saturday, and then it’s kind of a day to day [thing],” Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro said. “Hopefully he’ll be back much sooner than later.” Del Negro said he won’t play Noah until he can perform well in practice, so we’ll continue to monitor Chicago’s practices.
