Update: Beasley scored a career-high 30 points (13-of-25 FG), and added eight rebounds, three steals and a block in Friday’s double OT win over Memphis.

Recommendation: It’s encouraging to see that Beasley has this type of scoring capability, although he’s never had to show it before Friday seeing as Dwyane Wade(notes) hadn’t missed a single game this season. Wade will miss Saturday’s game, so look for another impressive outing from Beasley against a new-look Dallas team which still has yet to gel.
